Course Information

Physical Fitness: A basic level of physical fitness is required to complete this course. The class contains regular floor-based activities. Reasonable adjustments are available for practise, but you must complete assessments on the floor to pass.

Pre-requisite: Completion of pre-course reading and assessment, requiring basic computer skills and internet access, is required for blended & express courses.
