This course delivers comprehensive medication administration training in compliance with Australian healthcare guidelines and industry standards. We offer multiple delivery options, including face-to-face and convenient blended classes.
Course Delivery and Assessment
This training is a critical skill for healthcare workers, support workers, and disability workers, which significantly improves client safety and care outcomes during medication assistance. Our nationally recognised certification equips you with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to confidently administer medication, manage medication schedules, and correctly handle medication documentation when supporting clients with their medication needs.
Entry Requirement
Minimum Age Requirement:
Students must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum English Language Requirement:
Have sufficient language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills as tested through a language, literacy and numeracy assessment. Students will need to achieve ACSF level 3 for reading, writing, numeracy and oral communication to enter the course.
Minimum Academic Requirement:
Participate in a course entry interview to determine suitability for the course and student needs

Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning
